Mosaic Auto Group announced today that it will be selling Mosaic Ford Lake City following a request from Ford Motor Company related to market representation and long-term growth strategy.
Mosaic Auto Group currently operates two Ford dealerships within approximately 30 miles of each other. As part of Ford Motor Company’s broader efforts to ensure balanced market coverage and long-term sustainability, Mosaic was asked to consolidate its Ford operations.
Since acquiring the Lake City dealership in 2024, Mosaic Auto Group has made significant investments in people, processes, and community engagement. The service department experienced meaningful improvements, including the addition of new service bays, the launch of a mobile service van, which will remain available through Mosaic, and the hiring of additional staff. All aimed at better serving customers both in-store and throughout the surrounding area.

Mosaic Auto Group remains deeply committed to Southeast Minnesota and will continue serving customers through its established operations in Zumbrota, including three dealerships and a dedicated Fast Lane service facility. The organization remains focused on delivering a transparent, customer-first experience across all locations.
